Biography

Charlotte Golnik joined Jenner Law, P.C. as a law clerk in the summer following her first year of law school and has been with the firm since. She supports the firm’s personal injury and abuse litigation teams through legal research, discovery, deposition analysis, medical record review, mediation preparation, and case strategy.

Before joining Jenner Law, Charlotte worked as a paralegal at a medical malpractice defense firm, where she assisted attorneys with case strategy, legal research, trial preparation, and the management of case materials. Having worked both sides of medical negligence litigation, she brings a useful perspective to how these claims are built, defended, and valued.

Charlotte particularly enjoys the investigative side of litigation — working through complicated records, finding the detail that matters, and developing the facts of a case into a coherent story a jury can follow. Her background in linguistics and research shaped the analytical, detail-oriented approach she brings to that work.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Charlotte stayed in her home state for college, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics with a minor in Spanish from The Ohio State University. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in Forensic Linguistics from Hofstra University, graduating with distinction, and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 2026. At Suffolk, she served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Practice and Writing and as Chief Content Editor of the Journal of High Technology Law, where she also published on emerging legal issues involving digital assets and online sports piracy. Charlotte sat for the Maryland bar examination in July 2026 and is awaiting results.

Outside the office, Charlotte spends as much time outdoors as she can — hiking, exploring somewhere new, or simply taking advantage of a nice day. Her love of travel and the outdoors has taken her hiking across the United States, Europe, and New Zealand. When she is not outside, she can usually be found watching The Real Housewives or spending time with her orange cat, Ricky Bobby.
