We also work with other law firms as trusted partners to make a difference in their clients’ lives.

"We take pride in the relationships we develop with each of our clients. Through the power of our collective voices, we can make a difference."

Dangerous Drugs and Medical Devices

We have seen the disastrous results from dangerous drugs and medical devices. Some drug and device companies think they can get away with not testing their drugs appropriately or not warning about their dangers. At Jenner Law, your case will never get lost in a drug or device “class action,” as we file an individual lawsuit on your behalf to give you the personal attention you need to maximize your recovery.

  • Dangerous drugs
  • Defective medical devices
  • Hip implants
  • Transvaginal mesh

Medical Malpractice

Medical errors are among the leading cause of injury and death in the United States. Our medical experts dive deep into your medical records to see if careless mis-steps caused you to suffer. We have experience helping people with:

  • Birth injuries
  • Missed and delayed cancer diagnosis
  • Surgery complications

We only handle cases on a contingency fee basis—we charge no fees or expenses unless there is a recovery in the case.
