Class Action Lawsuits
A "class action" is a single lawsuit where one person brings a claim on behalf of many people who have suffered the same damage from a single product. It is a type of lawsuit in which a group of people who have been harmed are represented collectively by a member of that group. Class action lawsuits give groups of victims an opportunity to pursue their claims in an effective, collective manner. Class actions are different from mass torts. Class actions are generally used when the damage suffered by each consumer is the same or similar for every class member.READ MORE
Catastrophic injuries can be devastating, both physically and financially. Many of these injuries require long-term medical care, and some may result in disabilities that keep you from working and enjoying life as you did before the incident. We understand that you and your family never expected this kind of emotional and financial strain on your day-to-day living. When our firm works with victims of catastrophic injuries or their families, we often rely on the expertise of a life care planner who helps to ensure all future care costs are projected to the fullest.READ MORE
