It’s a privilege to be able to listen to the stories of our clients and help them understand the legal process. My goal is to make sure our clients get the individual attention they deserve, and help them tell their stories in a meaningful way.
Biography
Josh Wolberg is an associate in the firm, focusing his practice on advocating for people injured by the negligence of others. He recognizes that powerful corporate defendants and insurance companies have endless sums of money to throw at the defense of personal injury cases and he enjoys taking on these goliaths on behalf of our clients. Josh is here to listen to you and make sure your voice is heard.
Josh earned his B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University in 2018 and his J.D. from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2021.
During college, Josh interned for the Colorado Office of the Public Defender and also worked as a Direct Support Provider for adults and children with mental and physical disabilities. These experiences led him to law school to provide a different form of support to those in need.
Josh works principally on the firm’s therapy abuse, nursing home, and general personal injury cases. Josh particularly enjoys complex civil litigation matters, where his attention to detail and willingness to work harder than our opponents gives our clients the edge.
As a law student, Josh worked as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert N. McDonald at the Maryland Court of Appeals. Thereafter, he worked as a law clerk at a Baltimore personal injury firm. Before joining Jenner Law, Josh was working for a personal injury law firm in North Carolina, representing injured clients in both District and Superior Court.
Josh is licensed to practice law in Maryland and North Carolina. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ), North Carolina State Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and American Association for Justice (AAJ).
In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Jordyn, and their three dogs, Reggie, Layla, and Willow.
